Synopsis

「Humanity will be destroyed by the "Demon Lord".」 So declared the God who suddenly descended before all of humanity. Due to mysterious deaths that had been occurring indiscriminately for about a month, eight hundred million lives had already been lost. God says that this phenomenon, known as "Soul Separation", is the work of the "Demon Lord", who appears as nothing more than an innocent young girl. In order to prevent this calamity, ten Angels are chosen to represent humanity, and thus the fuse is lit for the "Holy War" ─ "Humanity" versus the "Demon Lord". In a world shaken to its core, only one person, Kousaka Yuuto, knew the girl. He knew that she had been framed as the enemy of the world, and that she was a weak and fragile being reaching out for help── For the sake of a single girl, he must become an enemy to the world.
